The 1957 Fords wore fresh styling, and they were arguably the best-looking cars to come out of Dearborn during the Fifties. Ford’s ’57 station wagons were longer and lower than ever, and the style leader of the bunch was the two-door Del Rio Ranch Wagon. Revell has painstakingly designed this highly detailed kit to allow the builder to choose a factory-stock Del Rio or a California-style street machine.
Features:
Newly tooled street machine parts include large-diameter custom wheels, a custom tube grille, smooth bumpers, and a selection of period-perfect chrome engine dress-up parts.
The highly detailed 312-cube V-8 can be built three ways. Options include single or dual carbs, along with the factory’s rare Thunderbird Special supercharger set up.
Builder’s choice of stock or lowered suspension.
Intricately detailed chassis includes a separately molded frame.
All-new decal sheet with factory-correct details.
Choice of stock wheels and tires with separate dog-dish caps or contemporary custom wheels wearing low-profile tires.
Molded in white, transparent red and clear with chrome plated parts and soft black tires.
